How to Return an Order
- Enter your order number and email address or phone number, then select "Start Your Return."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select the items you wish to return.
- Upon completing the return process, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will verify your return has been approved and provide details on how to ship the items back to us.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within the specified return period from the date of receipt.
- All returned items must be in their original, resalable condition.
- Tags and original packaging must be intact where applicable.
- Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
- Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for return.
Return Processing Time
- After we receive your returned items, they will be inspected.
- You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Costs
- There are no additional fees for processing a return.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Using a tracked shipping service is highly recommended.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
