You may return a product purchased from QYNDA Activewear under the following conditions:

a) The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

b) The product is returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.

c) The product is accompanied by the original packaging, tags, labels, and any accessories that came with it.

d) The return request is made by the original purchaser.

 

1.2 Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b) Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

c) For returns from the US or Kuwait, our customer support will provide a free return label and instructions. For other countries, customers must cover shipping costs to our warehouse.

d) Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

f) Drop the package to the carrier listed on the label

 

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product due to a defect, error on our part, or receiving the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to personal preference, sizing issues, or any other reason not caused by QYNDA Activewear, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

1.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame. The refund will include the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable).

 

Exchanges

At QYNDA Activewear, If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original product following the return procedure mentioned above and placing a new order for the desired item on our website.

In sports, accidents happens if you damage your QYNDA product during an unfortunate sports accident, contact us for a 40% discount on the same product. Within one year of original purchase hi@qynda.com
