Login & Request a Return or Exchange
After logging in:
- Go to Orders.
- Select the order you would like to return or exchange.
- Click Request Return.
- For exchanges, mention the new item, size, or color you would like in the notes section.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return or exchange instructions by email.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned within the return period from delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Free gifts and promotional items are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to returns or exchanges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for orders less than $199
Return and Exchange Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for orders less than $199
- Customers are eligible for a one-time free return/exchange shipping costs for orders above than $199
- Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to returns or exchanges
- We recommend using a shipping company that provides a tracking service
